Commissions and Orders

Consultation and Quotes

All commissioned work begins with an initial consultation. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes.

Deposits and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on commissioned pieces. The deposit amount varies by project size and is specified in your quote. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery or pickup of finished work.

Timeline and Delivery

Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, unforeseen circumstances, or changes in project scope. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Revisions and Approval

For commissioned work, we provide digital proofs or samples for your approval. A reasonable number of revisions are included in the quoted price. Significant changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Cancellations

If you cancel a commissioned project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional charges may apply for work completed beyond the deposit amount.

Intellectual Property

Commissioned Work

Upon full payment, you receive the physical commissioned piece and the right to use it for its intended purpose. We retain copyright to the original design and letterforms.

Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to photograph commissioned work and use those images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Fragrancearomain and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Workshops and Classes

Registration

Workshop registration requires advance payment. Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop, subject to availability.

Materials

All necessary materials are provided during workshops unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to bring your own tools if you prefer.

Quality and Satisfaction

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with commissioned work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include revisions or, in rare cases, a partial refund at our discretion.

Limitations of Liability

Fragrancearomain is not liable for:

• Delays in postal or courier services
• Damage to finished work after it has been delivered or picked up
• Use of commissioned work beyond its intended purpose without proper licensing
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
